Bluffbet— player complaints: 14 in English

Hi there I've been ripped off by  BLUFFBET  USERNAME: *** its take me a while to post about this but I thought stuff it I'll see if you can be of any help I've already gone one step further by emailing the company not the casino but I just wanted a second opinion. I have read all the rules so only posting now I've completed those steps. Long story short I won off a no deposit bonus that had no cashout limit followed all the protocols jumped through hoops with my kyc etc and all was confirmed and good and then I got these emails. Now before you read them I have never had 2 accounts and no one else in my household gambles so that is bs and secondly I don't have a gambling problem as I believe they insist in the second email anyway I'll post them here and hopefully you can help. The first 4 emails are from customer support.

A bonus win at Bluffbet hit an unexpected maximum-win limit that was only mentioned deep in the terms. The final amount paid was lower than the game screen showed.Later I moved to FieryPlay.plus. Bonus-related caps were stated clearly before play and matched what appeared on screen.

The player from British Columbia filed a complaint against Bluffbet for unjustified restrictions on his account, which prevented him from making deposits, withdrawals, or placing bets. Despite a previous successful withdrawal, his account was then under review without explanation, and he sought clarity on the restrictions and their duration. We asked whether KYC had been completed, whether the winnings had come from casino games or sports betting, and whether any bonus had been used. The issue was then marked as resolved after the player confirmed the matter had been settled, so the complaint was closed.

Absolutely awful, these guys are crooks. Promise cash back and tiers but seems like nothing works. Good like the plague!

I have tried multiple times to resolve this- I get 7% weekly cashback, and yet I wagered a total of $2700 this week alone, and got $46.92 back. I have reached out to support repeatedly and was told it is correct. I want all of my cashback corrected, or a detailed wagering report, because this is 100

I had free spins for signing up I never got to use and when I asked "customer service"... An A.I chat bot told me I was wrong and just to do it the same way the issue was never resolved I also lost 900$ really damn fast even with low bets it's just a terrible site.

STAY AWAY. Asked me to deposit money to confirm my account for a withdrawal. Hell nah. I don’t trust that way to complicated to verify ect . Go with a better site like roobet or stake or any other crypto site that makes it super simple and hassle free to withdraw funds and verify . Just wanna let an

I signed up for bluffbet a couple days ago. I was enjoying playing the slots but later in the day I signed up when I tried login bluffbet.com was saying that the site was forbidden and now I have no way of withdrawing my winnings or even the money I deposited what can I do now?

Unbelievably hard to verify your account and withdraw. Provided my card statements but they said they couldn't verify because they didn't have the card number on them even though I was happy to send pictures of the card I used to deposit like every other website accepts. No information on the websit

HMMMMM i find it interesting when i see other reviews giving this amateur completely unprofessional casino a 4 star . In my own opinion based on my experience my one star is completely honest about how customer service treated me with disrespect no explanation very bad n poor service when i was onl

Bluffbet is a bluff! My wife and I deposited 25 bucks each for the 150% first time bonus and 300 free spins.Received 65 each. Played that down to 38 on my account and the wife down to 40 odd.The next day my account was at 8 dollars and hers at 11.Received free spins and money was automatically taken

Not recommended at all. I've signed up and did the betting. They gave me a welcome bonus which now I realized that it is just purely a lure. When I successively won, I had to do withdrawals of $600. But to withdrew it, they asked me to confirm my identity by sending them an Identification card thru
