Bitstarz - wont pay - accusing me of breaking terms
I won €8004 with Bitstatz from a €200 deposit and €100 bonus. They asked for loads of photos to verify my account, including my passport, bank statement, phone bill, a photo holding a newspaper and a note, my payslips for the past 6 months and the crypto wallet transaction history. Then when I had complied with all the requests, they emailed saying my account is in breach of their terms and conditions, namely this one:
"GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1
All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace."
And we found a linked account via your IP/device/household that had already taken part of the welcome package, so therefore it's not available for you as well.”
I checked and no one in my household or family has signed up to Bitstarz let alone claimed their welcome bonus. I can’t imagine anyone has used my telephone number. Im confused as to why they have suddenly decided not to pay after I completed verification. This has caused me a lot of stress losing this amount of money. I hope you can help me get this resolved. Im happy to provide anything you need to assist with my complaint.
