Hi. I played at bingo bonga casino until December 1st, 2022 and on the same day I had myself blocked at this casino due to an addiction problem. At that time I had 115 EURO on the player account. Documents were requested from me for the payment, which I submitted on 12/06/2022 and on 12/13/2022. I get no response and I don't know if the casino will process my withdrawal now.
