If I could do zero I would. They totally rip off people ad never want to pay out. The games are worse than a b rated movie and I feel really naive for falling into this money pit. Once you withdraw the max amount of bonus of $25 you have to withdraw which is a horrible problem that takes all day and

Scam website. No matter how much you follow the rules the account department will make errors and find reasons to punish you. PLEASE PAY WITH CREDIT CARD like I did on this site so you can dispute the charges.

Empty promises. They claim to offer daily rewards on deposits, which, when you get them you rarely ever win. When you don't get them, they do nothing to remedy situation. Had a list deposit yesterday and never received rewards. Customer support was less than helpful. Waste of my time to argue over $

The player from California experienced issues with withdrawing funds after initially winning over $600, which was reduced to $50 due to a coupon prompt. After successfully turning the remaining amount into over $2100, he received approval for withdrawal, only to find that the casino denied the request and confiscated all his winnings. We asked the casino to explain the confiscation, but it was confirmed that a bonus terms violation had occurred because he had placed multiple bets on games not eligible under the promotion. As the casino did not respond to our follow-up questions about whether the restricted games had been played after wagering had been completed, the complaint was marked unresolved.

Biggest crooks there is online. They will allow you to somehow do something in order for them to not pay you. I won over $2000 and they just took it out my account without giving me a penny. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE.

Deposited on this site before and when wanting to.cashout they asked for id and verification photo. Said they were not high quality enough. Any excuse not to pay. Scam do not trust

Blatant Chinese scam farm. Avoid at all cost. Complete crooks with terrible rtp games, but don’t worry, if you somehow win they won’t pay. They requested more information. Here it is. When I tried to withdraw they refused because they had buried a game they will not pay out on in their T&C. I don

I made a deposit on what they said was a NO RULES deposit. No PT and no MCO. After playing for 5 days I had $775 in my account. I made a withdrawal request for $500 and kept the rest to play with. As im playing all of a sudden the $500 was back on my balance, so I went back to withdrawals to see why

I am writing this to warn other players about BettyWins Casino. I deposited my own real money, played, and fairly won $400. When I went to make my first withdrawal, I noticed a minor, one-letter typographical error in my first name (it was spelled "Shae" instead of "Shane").When I contacted custome

They did everything under the sun to not pay me my winnings. Wasted my time, made me submit verification documents many times, then wanted me to hold a note with the date wtc. and then in the end, said they sent the money to the wrong account and there was no way for me to recover it.

This casino is a joke…! They give free spins but when u try to redeem your winnings they say u have to deposit first so I deposit then they say they like to keep the funds separate so u have to loose all ur winnings before they load ur deposit. Wtf kind of crap is that

Kind of scammy honestly used to be alright.. for free plays.. lucky to get one free play per week right now .. very much going downhill like every place for free play chances and they just want deposits.. which I have never cashed on once yet.. only cashed one time on a free play.

this place is 100% a scam. So I won money on a free bonus a while ago so I revisited and I'm finding out what information I needed to get it out I knew it was going to be a verification deposit not a problem. So after I make the deposit they said you have to verify you before you can use that mone

they dont explain the deposit term to bad they loose a customer!
