BetFury confiscated approximately MXN 7,000 in legitimate winnings and permanently blocked my account after accusing me of “fraudulent betting patterns.”They provided no specific bets, transactions, evidence, or detailed explanation to support this serious accusation. Their support merely copied sections of their Terms and Conditions and claimed that their Risk Department’s decision was final.At first, support explicitly told me that I would be allowed to withdraw my remaining balance before the account was closed. In practice, only my initial deposit was returned. My winnings were removed, and I then lost all access to the account, including my betting history, transaction records, balances, and any evidence needed to challenge their decision.This is an extremely convenient procedure for a gambling operator: accept a customer’s deposits and bets, but after the customer wins, accuse them of unspecified “fraudulent patterns,” confiscate the profits, provide no evidence, and block access to the account.If BetFury believes I violated a specific rule, it should identify the exact bets involved, explain precisely what conduct violated that rule, provide the relevant account records, and submit the matter to an independent dispute-resolution process.
