WARNING: Account blocked and remaining funds seized without justification
Be extremely cautious when using BetFury. They completely blocked my access and confiscated my remaining account balance without providing a valid resolution or clear justification. When I attempted to address this through customer support, communication led nowhere.I have escalated this issue by submitting a formal complaint directly to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) regarding operator Universe B Games N.V. (Application Ref: OGL/2024/1494/0942).This was the exact message from support , saying, because i profited more than deposited, they deem it just to keep my remaining funds ... absolutely diabolical, any other online casino , when adjusting their TOS, honor the remaining funds, and don't justify keeping them because a user profited in the long term, this is plainly ILLEGAL. The below message was from Eve, from support..."As I can see from your transaction history, you already withdrew more than you deposited to the platform. Sadly, you will not be able to withdraw your balance of 30.40 USD if you reject the KYC verification."I would stay way from this unethical company, as they will ban you , almost instantly just to protect a few dollars of profit, demonic activities from this company...If anyone has a bad interaction with them with evidence, and think something they may have done is illegal, or anything similair, please contact me , I will soon be starting a class action lawsuit to recover all funds, so dont worry about lawyer fees and we will work to retrieve all stolen funds.contact betfuryLawsuit at gmail with your story
