Account blocked for 3 years with balance
: Account blocked for 3 years with balance – Seeking resolution / Account reinstatementHello,I am opening this complaint because my BetFury account has been blocked for 3 years due to the use of an auto-clicker. I completely acknowledge my mistake and violation of the terms of service at that time. However, it has been 3 years, and my balance remains locked inside the platform. During this entire period, I have tried to contact customer support multiple times via email, but I have received absolutely no response.I know that BetFury has already granted a second chance to other users who committed the exact same infraction (including a close friend of mine who had his account successfully reinstated recently). Therefore, there is a clear precedent for forgiveness and account recovery for this specific issue.I kindly ask the BetFury management to review my case. I am willing to comply with any security checks. If account reinstatement is not possible, I request at least the authorization to withdraw my remaining balance so we can permanently close this account.Thank you, and I look forward to a human response.
