Still no responsibility for taking x amount of customers and no bonuses which we play for I've hundreds of hours of play need to do better

Been waiting 72 hours for a withdrawal to be paid, keep being told there is an issue with certain withdrawals and it will be fixed ASAP. No contact from customer service whatsoever. Shocking

They say be gamble aware yet if you dont gamble much they stop your free games, Shocking company who should be reported for bad practice

Explain without lying how 48 out of 50 spins can be dead spins and you call if random.

All good until there is a problem and you need to go on live chat - absolutely useless and then customer services - they tell you to go back on live chat. I would advise that you take your custom elsewhere - the bet I placed was not settled properly but getting them to see that is impossible - should be called Bet DTurpin!

£70 on buffalo blitz playing 80p spins.got free spins bonus...8 free spins paid 20p...surely that cannot be correct

Zero stars leave a review you can never win what a shit show of a site bloody useless and shocking

Happy to take money, but the second it comes to withdrawing my winnings I have to wait in an agent queue for hours. Clearly just a way to waste my time in order for me to give up on my money. Multi-billion pound company by the way.

Absolutely disgusting site. Paid into bingo and met promotion then Betfred did not let me have the bonus complained to one service agent he tried to lie but closed the chat when I provided evidence then spoke to another again closed the chat when I provided evidence got through to the first agent again who opened a complaint to wake up this morning to all of my family’s accounts being randomly selected to be verified absolute disgrace and needs reporting

The free to play prize wheel is rigged only gives something if people deposit and play I didn't deposit money 2 months I spin the prize wheel eweyday and 60 times it said better luck next time. But when I gambled it gave me free spins etc eweryday I won something free... Its not fair and I'm dissatisfied with betfred. Also betfred has another free to play game called beat the Fred I beaten it 1 time won 25£ after that this game was suspended for me for over 2 months.

No genuine offers. Today claim free casino chips but enter site and you are told no available funds

If you win a few times on pick a reel they stop you using it, there Luck 15 at treble odds sounds good but no b.o.g, prices are smaller that most others and even if you do win they seem to find a rule 4 from somewhere

So had an accumulator on 5 singles combined before and after it started was a cash out available but when all agreed winning it went to the non cash out option. So you change it when it done fit betfreds narrative will take my custom elsewhere in future

Don't insult my intelligence with your automated replies. Those games are to be avoided. There is no enjoyment from being ripped off by games operated by these crooks.

The game is a waste of space. They lie when you have a problem with the game or when they take extra money from you. I think this is one of the bad games I have ever payed. Still waiting for my refund & my email back. The whole this is a waste of time.

They offer free spins and free bets, but they forget to add that you're not supposed to win anything from them. If you do, they send you a message saying you're not eligible for sports or free to play promotions. They also say any free bets or promotions you've qualified for will be honoured in full. That's a lie. After all this they seriously expect you to continue with them?

During the world cup 2026 the promotion "beat fred" was great and I received the prizes as advertised. From 6 questions if you guessed at least 3 the costumer would get from free bets or a share win of £10.000 if all 6 questions for the specific match were answered correctly. During the world cup 2026 I guessed a few and have received my free bets. GREAT! RIGHT? But NO! On the final between Spain and Argentina I finally guessed all 6 questions correctly and this time my share of the £10.000 wasn't paid into my Betfred account within the 48hours. It has been over a month now, I have contacted support team via Chat and was told this would be escalated to the promotion team. I have a feeling that this will take a long time 🙄 Has anyone else experienced the same or similar problem

betting site is not the worst, but the casino is the worst i have come across! on low stakes takes over £100 just to get a bonus then pays you £3!! will never give the betfred casino another penny, avoid this casino at all costs, would give it zero stars if i could!

Joke of a company just been on slots took £20 of me within 4mins gave me bonus on last spin 14 free spins resulted in 68p how do they keep getting away with it that’s not gambling that’s daylight robbery
