Did not give a 5 star as I'm getting used to it at the moment

Deposit £10 spent £10 win 30p and never get 200 free spins welcome bonus. Stay away from this company !!!!

Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because over the course of one week, I had to contact Betfred 3 times before i was able to finally book an appointment for the phone call to get my account reactivated,...However...The chap that phoned me was excellent and seemed to actually enjoy his job, I'm honestly very happy that i am now able to have a proper rigid monthly/weekly/daily deposit limit rather than the veiled loss limit forced on customers by other companies like Ladbrokes...

Singed up with you spent £20 ? Didn't get free spins as shown 😕

The £50 welcome bonus is a scam! 😂 If you live in shared accommodation and someone has already created an account using the same address, forget about your bonus! 😁😃

I’m really disappointed about this casino I have won 50f and widraw it but the card was frozen so the payment was declined I keep message the Betfred like 4 days and they keep telling me to contact my bank I did contact the bank and provide the ARN number and bank told me they never get the money and never reach Monzo bank .. I keep contacting any agent on Betfred and they service its so rude ending chat while I message them I’m not willing to lose my 50£ as they can’t resolve the problem they send me email saying that the payment was send successfully so I’m pretty sure by bank it’s not lying I have provided Betfred all screenshots from my bank and still nothing please be aware this casino it’s cheated and please be careful as I’m sure they won’t help me resolve the problem by ending chat all the time !!

So of My past reviews there rigged machines they don't respond refuse to give a complaint reference , its in the hands of the gambling commission then on site you would get random hey you seem to be betting more please contact us. So eventually I did and told them that your still allowing me to deposit after those pop ups didn't betfred get fined maybe 900k for breaking safer gambling. So a day later my account is locked I'm asked to contact live chat which I did and they tell me the safer gambling team will be on touch via email and they have no contact number I said we'll don't they need to actually talk to the person 5 live agents at that point end the chat. Now if I try to log in live chat ask my mums maiden name I give it then they go incorrect then end chat of 6 agents gambling commission are looking into all of this by far worst betting site ever and your replies we will look into this is a lie awful company

My partner deposited £15 and did spins, he checked the fine writing and he met the criteria for 200 free spins but never got them and customer service were useless liars. After letting him spend £15, they said he can't deposit money anymore because they haven't verified his age yet, why let him deposit in the first place then?! They do anything to avoid giving you the free spins you're owed and judging by other reviews people don't win anyway

The worst of the worst they roulette are based in Eastern Europe and awful presenters so miserable and so much attitude Iv never seen anything so disgusting in my life should be banned from the uk this company absolutely the worst customer service if I could give them a minus 5 I would they lucky they getting 1 star just read they reviews from others.., don’t take my word for it

fred done very successful business man, betfred probably the best bookmaker in uk sorry to hear he is closing down shops a lot of shops closing down in the bristol area, government dont help good health fred

Fast payout good games easy to use defo recommended 👌 it's amazing won 100£ for free had to deposit 5pound to take 100£ out was in account with in a hour less than that

If you looking to play on the footy or horses it's not a bad firm for promotions and odds. However avoid their games and casino it's really poor. You have no chance! They took the games Misson spins promotion of and have just the one promotion now where you will deposit alot and win nothing, example £443 towards the promotion to recieve 44 free spins guess how much i won??? £4.50 😂 it's not rare that either it's literally all the time. (if you let it)

Brilliant! Very responsive and withdrawals in account within hours!

Newer win . Don't play guy's and don't waste your time

Only been a customer for a week......it's a good site, but finding it not easy to claim the opening offer of free spins, despite having deposited the required amount in bets.

Very well set out, easy to navigate and wide choice of betting preferences

The online app is so slow on my old phone, compared to other betting sites. Took me nearly 15 minutes to do a bet builder

Closed my account after I won £700 within a week of opening the account and told me I won’t be receiving my money awful service

Did 206 spins on £1 bet , not even one bonus round and only 1 win of £25 pounds from the game feature that’s “random” one in 206 spins such a joke, good site for sports but avoid any kind of games from them, waste of money

This site online is rubbish Doesn't let you win the games runs fast so you lose therefore i don't recommend using the site you better off on the original bet places
