I dont understand a lot of what you have to do , there is a lot going on and I find myself lost with it all .

Ive bet with "betfred" since i moved to salford 25yrs ago, shops untill "intetnet betting came in" And i can honestly say ex shop or online, ive never had a problem with them, Always quick to pay out, the "Live Chat" Agents are the best ive come across, Always go out there way for you ..very good.Excellent "Betfred" keep up the good work!

An update on my last review. So age of gods roulette live dealer fixing something behind table. Table goes for maintenance then back up everyone complaining balls sticking took betfred 4 days to acknowledge it as a complaint took me 5 live chat agents for one to say we accept no liability as we don't own the gamed told me to Inform gambling commission which I've done they will be getting investigated and few months ago they got fined safer gambling in app keep getting pop up messages safer gambling but still allows me to deposit the commission now know about this also

I had fraudulent activity on my account. Wanted to speak to someone about it but they only have a live chat service available. Explained what had occurred and they basically said that's a shame we will close your account and advised me to call my bank and the police. Not sure what either of them are going to do. Only lost £90 but it is the crap customer service that is frustrating.

Betfred paid out the funds in my accunt to someone else and is not taking any responsibility.I had funds (£500) in my account and now it is empty and Betfred told me a new card was registered on my account (they didnt notify me one was added) and withdrew the funds.Betfred just said call the police. Just signed up to betfred under an offer that I seen on Facebook stating if I signed up and wagered £10, I'd get 200 free spins. I did so, then no spins credited, I asked support, they said I need to opt in before wagering, scummy but... OK, so I opted in, wagered another £10, waited 3 days for the spins to come in, nothing.
