Betfred— player complaints: 334 in English

I was promised 100 spins, did not receive them at all, where are they?

What a shocker tonight 160 away to the site took money out last night done my lotto and here we go again ye can't win every penny you take out goes back fourfold lagging games and customers don't get a look money away in minutes

Don’t join this site it the worst site every in last 6 days staked £380 had like 40 -50 bonues not one over £14 I think like only 3 was over £10 and it’s that poor the live chat lie to u and treat your like garbage and then end chat don’t join close your account we all need to go viral and get this site investigated and closed down it’s a joke I had like 450 bonues and like 420 have been below £10 tryed to go threw them threw complaints and they just say rng clearly not if their all low all time 450 bonues not a single one over £60 it’s so poor I have screenshots of all my chats where lied to and all my bonueses and if u do play this site record all your bonues and u will see worst ever and then post it live like I am going to be doing on my live platform

So far so good. I like the site not withdrawn money yet which will tell me if this is a good site or not.

Definitely a scam I play the same game actoss multiple casinos and bonus’s are definitely lowered on here. Its as plain as day. They will claim its not but it is.

Really like the app as quick and easy to navigate The new racing, distance and favourite markets are a real winner

Has anyone ever won anything on this daily game? I've been playing it for literally months and it never gives a win! If I see the "No Win Better Luck Next Time" message one more time... Honestly never seen anything like it, especially from a big site. The GC should look into this because I believe it's a scam and false advertising.

So much better options out there this site is possibly the worst ive experienced not one single return on minimum stakes for £200 and I also go no welcome bonus I HATE THIS COMPANY

This site is absolutely draining I do not know how Betfred is still running as a site it’s embarrassing imagine having 1 stars that are catching you’re 5 stars I’m 💯 leaving this site nothing but bad reviews and always been a customer put god knows how much in over 20 years proper vampires for profits no wonder you’re shutting stores everywhere your embarrassing

2 deposits today and no cash collect wins. No completions on solitair over 10 games!

Poor website runs really slow the games ain't as good as other sites

Just joined so still getting to grips with it 1 thing I've noticed is that when you put a bet on it takes a few seconds for your balance to up date don't no if its just me or the same for everyone but apart from that ok

Absolutely the worst betting company always having tech issues and the customer service ok live chat is shocking.. always having to chase promotions cos they don't issue them if I could give no stars I would I hope this company shuts down

Credit where credit is due. Betfred have now sorted this issue out for me. As I said earlier the initial mistake was mine. They have rectified this. Thank you! Deposited £2865. £500 of this was from my bank the rest from my friends account we were gambling together. I now know this is not allowed but didn’t at the time. I’d made withdrawals of £1850. They said they had been processed which is the only reason I went on to make further deposits. Now I found that to be a lie. I’ve tried raising complaints on live chat. They just cut me off. Betfred say they offer exceptional levels of customer service. They definitely do not. You can’t keep both deposits and withdrawals! Account daydaydayday

Do not get involved with Wolf it up.Absolutely rip off,and guaranteed to take your money. That's on Betfraud .Also don't play mine gold mine.Another fraud game that doesn't payout.

Worst ever casino online disgusting how they can just rob people like they do months I’ve been playing now and not a single penny won or withdrawn yet bonuses are like 2-3x ur bet it’s just pathetic stay well away from this horrible horrible site!!!!

I visited a betFred. (Welling) early morning. to place a bet on Goodwood. I wasn't sure how to use the betting terminal. A member of staff went out of their way to help. It was really nice to have a member of staff who was so helpful. She is a credit to betFred.

A bunch of scammers taken hundreds of pounds on roulette barely any numbers come in wouldn't even get this in a real casino money disappear s website always crashing card details not safe and difficult to close account no one into in helping go elsewhere

Jesus what has happened to the slots on this site you use to get a decent run for ya money now your just getting ripped off day by day even playing on different slots everyday it’s just take take take an if your lucky enough to get a bonus your lucky if you get more than £15 when you’ve probably put £50 in to get it I seriously think the gambling commission should be taking a look into the slots an payouts it is quite disgusting an I have been with Betfred for some time but this recent activity is the worst I’ve seen so please be aware they will just take your money on a constant basis

They may have a good selection of games but none of them pay.. I personally love slingo and I struggled to get above 3 lines I don’t recommend especially when your a new customer
