Credit where credit is due. Betfred have now sorted this issue out for me. As I said earlier the initial mistake was mine. They have rectified this. Thank you! Deposited £2865. £500 of this was from my bank the rest from my friends account we were gambling together. I now know this is not allowed but didn’t at the time. I’d made withdrawals of £1850. They said they had been processed which is the only reason I went on to make further deposits. Now I found that to be a lie. I’ve tried raising complaints on live chat. They just cut me off. Betfred say they offer exceptional levels of customer service. They definitely do not. You can’t keep both deposits and withdrawals! Account daydaydayday
