biggest SCAMMING company, don’t EVER sign up and risk your money because of the promotional offer for new customers, they will refuse your award and take your deposit bet and tellYOU that YOU did not conform to their policy correctly. They will point fingers at YOU and you may ask them to tell you where you didn’t meet their criteria and they will REFUSE to tell you because they ultimately just scammed you and took your money. any other company hasn’t done that, and this all happened live chat, one colleague saying you need to talk to the promotional team, and another colleague refuse to pass you on to the promotional team, and then will close the chat as soon as they realise they can’t prove their innocence and instead just tell you that you as the customer is wrong. I can tell you now, if you want to avoid being scammed, then don’t ever join with BETFRED- BIGGEST SCAMMING COMPANY IN THE MARKET.

Opted in for a free bet. Never got it so queried but sadly there are no support numbers any more. Waited ages for a chat and it was confirmed that as they had closed an old account created by mistake as a duplicate I was not eligible! They then ended the chat abruptly when I was asking questions.

Absolutely despicable customer service. Wouldn't even call it customer service. I signed up for a deal, a free bet, and deposited. I picked the bet, and it wasn't coming up. And I told them I had been been scammed. And what they did was they closed my account, told me that they would give me my funds back once the bet was settled. Then they went back on it and told me that I couldn't get my money back because security closed my account because I reported that I had been scammed. It's not at all customer service. It's pretty disgusting actually. Employees Eva and Ella's behavior was terrible. Non-apologetic at all or attempting to help me as a customer. And they just stopped replying after soon and told me to go and contact the police, which is clearly a sarcastic remark and meant to throw that in my face instead of being supportive customer support. Eva and Ella, despicable customer support on their part. I completely would not use Betfred's service as they are very predatory and not at all aiming to appease the customer. I've said I legally demand my money back, and they keep saying, "Unfortunately, no funds can be withdrawn from your account." Truly despicable experience. I'm very disappointed in Betfred, how you can just steal my money from me like that, delete my account and tell me to "go call the police". Is that how these businesses operate?

Im in the same situation at the minute, betfred happy to take all of my deposits but now refusing to pay out on ‘third party deposits.’ Which if i knew was a problem obviously i wouldnt have done it but they were accepting my deposits with no issues.
