Betfred— player complaints: 334 in English

Just checked my regular bet on irish lottery. Do same numbers every week, use same slips to save paper and the planet, but sadly didn't check slips produced. On gettin winning numbers discovered one slip had only picked up 1 number so instead of showing 3 11 14 just picked up 11. Actually this meant I have won £3.50 but if other 2 numbers had been in draw would not have been happy. Betfred makes billions in profit could not some of this be invested in providing his staff with some up to date computer equipment. Also staff in shop I use work in an extremely confined space, which if not against working regulations, should be.

Super obvious rigged sports events. Especially Table Tennis. It's insane. Athletes are all in on it. Put your money on a designated tool/or tools & watch how you're swindled. My experience with Betfred is awful endless amounts of money taken just s**t no point to build some loyalties for how much you put on slots are a joke not had a single decent win I will be leaving once I read reviews about other site disappointed been a customer for years for nothing at all!

Never use this company again won my bet on the England nothing but a nightmare !! app keep crashing before the game 1hour trying to call there customer service 0800 number ,finally answered said it was a shop would have to use the bot on live chat ask for agent on there 1 hour later final got through the game was nearly over !! Thankfully one bet did go on and it won went to cash out the next day they had closed my account restricted access!!! , again 1 hours on the wait for chat bot !! As a complete novice, I know little of the betting world but was drawn into the World Cup euphoria and placed an online bet on England to beat Norway. Betfred will not pay out on my win, as apparently their small print says all results must be achieved in 90 minutes; an increasingly rare event as the tournament progresses. I put a £5 bet on during the World Cup. There was a promotion on at the time which stated that you would get your money back in free bets if your bet lost. There were a few T&Cs but I read through them and made sure my bet would qualify. However, when my bet lost, I was not awarded the free bets. I gave it a few days and still nothing. I attempted to complain via the Live Chat function (which seems to be the only way of contacting them) but either got cut off or no agent came online to answer my queries. I am now attempting to escalate this complaint for as high as it needs to go. I no longer trust BetFred and will not be betting with them again after this. There needs to be repercussions for companies that falsely advertise offers and then don’t honour them. Disgraceful.

Absolute robbers.Went on to deposit some money to bet on the UFC. Seen there was 5 free spins. Thought id use the 5 free spins just to try my luck. I won £101 from my free spins but when I go to withdraw £80 from my winnings, theres only £10 in my account. I dont know how they get away with doing that to people. I opened an account yesterday and today received an email stating my self excluded form had went through???? I was immediately confused and contacted live chat after 4 chats I finally got through. I was told passing this account to security and close account ? I asked why this was being closed when I didn’t ask for this. The agent said someone has accessed this account if I didn’t for my security will be closed. I said if you are stating that after not even a day you security system is compromised and anyone can access an account that no one knows about, that clearly inside issues. I know this is a technical issue that no one has accessed this account or my banking details. I know this has been a mistake on Betfreds end, and that account was perfectly safe so I genuinely know is a mistake on their end, but the extremeness of action instead of trying to fix it makes me question if it’s a scam site.
