Well they decided to gub me for no reason whatsoever retricting me feom any promotions. When I questioned this, they gave me some BS excuse, but that was when I was using the account on an almost daily basis and despite me winning and losing, they restricted me. But that was a while ago.Today i tried to log in and I was given notice that I was temporarily disabled (just like the staff) and went to customer services. The first one i spoke with couldn't help and logged out the chat, the 2nd operator said my account was fine and to reinstall the app. When that didn't work, I spoke to another person who told me that I have multiple accounts registered to me! I asked to close my account after giving all my info and he said no because of something to do with my IP address??The whole circus took me 1 hour and 30 minutes from my 1st conversation and now I have a temporarily disabled account that cannot me permanently closed. I won't be using 888 ever again.
