The worst customer service I have ever encountered

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Clueless and rude, when you ask questions they have no idea and try to fob you off with rubbish. Then they restrict your account for no reason.I only wanted to know why winning tickets were not automatically credited to your account and they shut me down.I would genuinely give them 0 stars if it was an option
