Terrible experience - Funds are missing and customer support is unresponsive!
This app is highly unprofessional when it comes to withdrawals. I made a withdrawal request of 3500 EGP (Order ID: 5022751659) on July 5th. The app status shows "Completed" and the money was deducted from my account, but absolutely nothing has arrived in my wallet yet!I have contacted customer support multiple times but received no real help or solution. If this issue is not resolved immediately and my money is not credited, I will keep this 1-star review and report the app. Everyone beware, your money will get stuck and their support is completely useless!
