URGENT: ₹80,849.87 in successful deposits not credited – extremely concerning experience
I am writing this review because I have had a very serious issue with 22Bet regarding four deposits totaling ₹80,849.87.I made multiple deposits to my account, and most of them were credited successfully. However, these four payments have still not been credited:₹9,000 — 29 March 2026₹29,999.87 — 20 April 2026₹1,850 — 8 September 2026₹40,000 — 12 September 2026All four transactions show as successful/completed in my UPI/PhonePe payment records. I have the transaction IDs and UTR numbers as proof.I contacted 22Bet support and provided my bank statement, payment screenshots, and even a video recording showing the transaction details, exactly as requested by their support team.I also personally went to my bank to verify the issue. My bank confirmed that the amounts were successfully debited from my account and that the transactions were successfully received on the recipient side.Despite explaining this repeatedly to 22Bet support, I was repeatedly told to “go to the bank” even after I clearly explained that I had already visited the bank and obtained confirmation.What made the situation even more concerning is that after I repeatedly tried to explain the issue, the support representative blocked my chat access, leaving me unable to continue communicating through the support chat.At this point, I have provided all the evidence requested from my side, but ₹80,849.87 remains uncredited.I am using the word “scam” because from my perspective, this experience has left me with money successfully deducted from my bank account while 22Bet has not credited the corresponding deposits or provided a satisfactory transaction-level explanation. I am asking 22Bet to investigate the receiving/payment side properly and either credit the funds or provide clear documentary evidence showing where these transactions went.I have screenshots and transaction records for all four payments and can provide them as evidence.22Bet: please investigate these four transactions immediately and resolve this issue.Total disputed amount: ₹80,849.87.
