22bet Casino - Player's withdrawal has been marked as completed but remains unpaid.
The player from Egypt faced issues withdrawing 2,750 EGP from the casino account, as the casino marked the withdrawal as "Completed" on 07.04.2026, but the funds were not received. The player provided video evidence and screenshots supporting their claim that the money had not been received. After reviewing the evidence from both sides, we concluded that the withdrawal had been processed via Vodafone Cash and sent to the phone number entered in the withdrawal request, and there were insufficient grounds to establish that the casino had used an incorrect number. As a result, the complaint was closed as rejected because the available documentation supported the casino's position and no independent evidence confirmed that the casino had processed the withdrawal incorrectly.
