The player from India had not received a deposit of 46,130 INR made to 22bet Casino on 27/03/2026, despite confirming with their bank that the payment had been successfully sent. The funds had not been credited or refunded by the casino for 42 days. After a lengthy investigation, we initially advised the player to contact their bank and the UPI/payment channel, as the casino stated that the funds had not been received on its side. Later, after the player provided bank and ombudsman documents indicating that the beneficiary side had received the funds, the casino eventually credited the deposit to the player's account. A subsequent withdrawal dispute was rejected because the casino provided blockchain evidence showing that the cryptocurrency withdrawal had been successfully completed. As there was no objective evidence proving that the withdrawal had been unauthorized or that the casino had withheld the funds, the complaint was closed as rejected.
