I am providing an update on my ongoing, lengthy repayment issue involving CAD $74,666.24, which remains unpaid by 1xBet.On April 8, 2025, 1xBet confirmed to me in writing:“Thank you for the information provided. You have successfully verified your account.”On May 23, 2025, I sent a formal exclusion request to both 1xBet’s general support and Block Team. I followed up on May 30, 2025, and again by phone. My account was not closed until July 25, 2025. Between those dates, 1xBet accepted CAD $74,666.24 in deposits.Since then, 1xBet representatives have repeatedly confirmed in writing that the funds would be returned:* August 27, 2025: I was told their colleagues would help me get my funds back.* August 29, 2025: I was told “the funds will be returned.”* May 9, 2026: The outstanding CAD $74,666.24 was specifically acknowledged and the matter was escalated to 1xBet’s payment processing department.* July 21, 2026: I was told “You did everything correctly,” “You will get your money back,” and “It will be back.”Most recently, 1xBet Email Customer Support again referred to me as “wait[ing] for a payment update,” acknowledged that I was waiting to “see the matter resolved,” and directed me back to the Block Team, stating, “They will help you out.”I followed those instructions and contacted the Block Team. I also offered to provide any identification or banking information required to complete the payment.I still have not been paid.1xBet has publicly claimed that I failed to comply with verification requirements. That is difficult to reconcile with 1xBet’s own written confirmation on April 8, 2025, that I had “successfully verified” my account. If any additional identification is genuinely required to process the payment, I have made clear that I will provide it.The matter has been with CADRE since August. 1xBet has not participated in that process to date, while CADRE remains hopeful that the matter can be resolved amicably without its assistance.I remain willing to resolve this directly.After more than a year of correspondence and repeated assurances, I am simply asking 1xBet to complete the CAD $74,666.24 payment its representatives repeatedly told me would be returned.Once the full payment is received, I will consider the matter resolved.
