1xBet — player complaint #59402, 2025-04-30: account blocks

My account was unjustly closed by their security team, and despite informing my account manager that I would be inactive for seven days due to my mother’s eye surgery, no consideration was given. At the time of the closure: I had over 5,000 BDT in my account. I had conducted over 900,000 BDT in transactions that month, with 30,000 BDT in commissions pending.
