1XBet - blocked my account with 608,000 BDT — no support response, license verification failed

I’m facing a serious issue with 1XBet and hoping someone here can offer some guidance.
I’ve been using 1XBet for some time and recently my account was blocked for no clear reason. There were funds in the account that I had not withdrawn yet. I contacted their support multiple times through live chat and email, but I either got automated replies or no response at all.
I tried verifying their Curacao eGaming license, but even the official CEG website seems to be down or under maintenance. I also attempted to file a complaint, but the seal on their website doesn’t work, and no proper complaint form could be found.
I feel completely stuck. Is there any international authority I can contact? Has anyone else experienced something similar and found a solution?
