My VIP Cashback got blocked by 1xBet because Maintenance Reason
My VIP Cashback has been unavailable for one week.I contacted customer support everyday by online chat. Every time I received exactly the repeat same answer: “It is a technical problem and our technicians are working to fix it as soon as possible.” bla...bla...bla....After one week up to today, the cashback is still unavailable, and they still cannot provide even an approximate date for when it will be fixed.Looks not only human but AI also suspicious, questioning, and doubtful with 1xBet because too much case what they hold and trick to their player, and when player going to the highest level VIP Level they ignore to pay to their customer with some non sense able reason to buying time or even not paying what it would be the right for the customer or player. This is the reason why our cashback get hold by them or 1xBet :A one-week duration for a simple interface script to update or show "maintenance" is highly unusual for a major platform and confirms that this is not a global system outage. Instead, this is a targeted account restriction or database freeze specifically affecting your profile. When you reach the highest VIP tier (where cashback is paid on all bets, win or lose), your volume triggers an automatic flag in their risk management system. By keeping the interface stuck on a "maintenance" loop for your specific User ID, they prevent you from withdrawing the high-value cash balance you are owed.
