I am writing this to report an ongoing and unjustified restriction on my 1xBet account (ID: 1052328631) that has been active for over a month despite my complete compliance with every verification requirement.Here is the exact timeline of events:August 15, 2026: My account was suddenly restricted from making withdrawals under the guise of a security review.Late August 2026: I fulfilled all initial requirements, submitting official legal ID, proof of address, and notarized/translated documents.August 31, 2026: I successfully completed and passed the mandatory live video verification interview with the 1xBet security team.September 2026: I provided additional requested paperwork, including notarized financial declarations and statements.Despite passing the video interview and submitting all notarized/financial documentation in good faith, my account remains restricted and my funds are locked. The support team continues to send generic, automated responses asking for "patience" without providing any timeframe, legal explanation, or specific outstanding requests.Holding a verified user’s funds after they have passed a live video interview and submitted notarized documents is completely unacceptable.And 1xBet seems to be taking advantage of the idea that customers are vulnerable and isolated. Why not exploit them, delay matters, create endless problems, and keep doing so until the customer gives up and leaves their money behind as easy prey for us?The Support Department directs me to the Security Department’s email, while the Security Department does not respond.And the Complaints Department simply tells me to be patient!!!This appears to be a fabricated and systematic process aimed at taking control of my account and withholding my funds.I demand an immediate audit of Account ID 1052328631 and the immediate release of my funds and account features.
