AVOID 1BXET
I made a deposit through the app on August 31st, but the amount of 15,000 EGP was never received. I contacted customer service, sent emails, and opened a complaint through the app stating that the deposit had not arrived. They initially asked me to provide a video proving the transfer, which I sent. Then they requested an official document from the bank showing the transfer. I traveled all the way to the bank’s headquarters, obtained the document, and sent it to them.I want to make it clear that the bank confirmed that the recipient received the money at the exact same moment the transfer was made. There was not even a one-second delay. This is clearly shown in the official report and the video. They then asked me for a photo, which I also provided. It has now been two months, and my money still has not been returned. This is nothing short of blatant theft. Every person I speak to tells me that there is no specific timeframe, which basically feels like they are saying: “Don’t get your hopes up. Just keep waiting—we have your money.”Even the person responding to reviews here stops replying as soon as you send them the requested information, probably because they know that I have been robbed. To hell with these thieves. I have been using this app for three years, and this is how they treat their customers.ACCount ID : 794837355
