1X/OneX Deposit Experience
1X/OneX Deposit Experience – Very DisappointingI'm writing this review to warn other customers about my experience with a ₹35,000 UPI deposit that was never credited to my account.I made the payment through Google Pay, and the transaction was successful. I immediately raised a payment query and provided the Google Pay receipt containing the amount, date, time, my name, and the UTR/transaction ID.However, the support team repeatedly asked me to provide a screenshot showing the recipient's full UPI ID or wallet number. The problem is that Google Pay and State Bank of India both mask the recipient's details as part of their privacy policy. I even visited my SBI branch, and the bank confirmed they cannot provide or display the recipient's full UPI ID after the transaction. To cooperate fully, I submitted:Google Pay transaction screenshotSBI bank statementSBI Net Banking transaction details showing ₹35,000 debited from my accountThe UTR number for payment verificationDespite providing every document available from my side, I was still asked for information that neither Google Pay nor my bank can provide.I hope 1X improves its payment verification process instead of asking customers for impossible documents. A UTR and bank debit should be sufficient to trace a genuine transaction.I sincerely hope my issue is resolved soon, and I encourage the support team to verify payments using the evidence already provided rather than repeatedly requesting unavailable recipient details.
