My gaming id 156614689I have been a loyal 1xBet user since December 2019, and honestly, I am extremely disappointed with the way you have handled my deposits. This is the second time I have faced the same issue with your payment system — first ₹600 and now ₹2,000. - date 27/08/2026 11:30 amI followed every instruction you gave me. I contacted my bank, raised a dispute, provided my bank statement, and even obtained a bank-verified confirmation with the bank’s seal and authorised signature. Even after providing everything you asked for, I am still being told to contact my bank.At this point, this feels completely unfair and unacceptable. You have broken the trust of a customer who has been using your platform since 2019. I am not going to keep wasting my time going back and forth for money that was already debited from my bank account.I am done with 1xBet. I will not deposit or use your platform again. I will also share my complete experience, including the transaction proofs and your responses, on social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook so that other users can see what happened to me.Thank you for destroying the trust of a loyal customer. I am done. Goodbye.
