1xBet owes me CAD $74,666.24 and has repeatedly confirmed this in writing without ever paying it.On August 27, 2025, 1xBet support rep told me directly that my deposit "hasn't been credited yet" and that their team would help me recover the funds. Two days later, on August 29, 2025 another rep confirmed the funds would be returned once their review was complete. In May 2026, nine months later, a third rep apologized for the delay and said the case and CAD $74,666.24 had been personally escalated to their payment processing department.Three separate confirmations, months apart, all saying repayment was coming. None of it has happened. If you're dealing with 1xBet on a payment issue, be prepared for a cycle of apologies and escalations with no actual resolution.
