I deposited ₹5,000 three times (a total of ₹15,000) into my 1xBet account using the UPI Fast Mode payment option. However, none of these deposits have been credited to my gaming account.I have contacted customer support multiple times by email and have also tried raising payment queries, but I have not received any meaningful resolution. I was informed that if the deposits were unsuccessful, the money would be automatically refunded to my bank account within 14 banking days. If not, I was told to raise a payment query.
