1xbet blocked my account and took my funds!
1xbet blocked my account with funds inside! Do you know the cause? I requested a call back on my account because I had unpaid tickets which the game had ended for over 6 hrs.I got a call from the support guy using this number +44 20 3949 6388. He explains the cause and I proceed to confide in him that I was struggling with gambling. I expected empathy and guidance.I instead got threats. He told me that they will not be liable for anything. I said I wasn't holding them liable. The guy was so rude and proceeded to block my account without permission. I told him I have funds inside, he unblocks I withdraw but he proceeds to ignore my request.I don't mind them blocking my account. However, I have lost almost $8000 to these guys, why would they permanently block my account and not let me just withdraw the funds I had in my balance. It's now more than $600 as I had pending tickets which won!I emailed them as the support dude said. They never respond! I never want to use the platform. I just want my money.I never want to even see a 1xbet ad after how they have treated me. They are very unprofessional. 1xbet is the definition of Profits over Humanity!!! They will scam you at any opportunity they get. This is my honest review as a user of the platform and not these populated ones for marketing purposes.Stay away from 1xbet.
