Over 6 months waiting for my money with no resolution
1/5 — Withdrawal issue unresolved for more than 6 monthsI am extremely disappointed with my experience with 1xBet and the way my withdrawal complaint has been handled.I requested a withdrawal, but I never received the money. The issue involves an agent who was responsible for the withdrawal. I have a conversation with the agent showing that he was aware of the withdrawal problem and acknowledged the details I provided. However, the money was never sent to me.When I tried to contact the agent again after I did not receive the money, he blocked me on WhatsApp and stopped responding. 1xBet support later confirmed to me that the agent was not responding to their team’s calls either.I submitted my complaint on 27 February 2026. More than six months have now passed, and I still have not received the money or a clear final resolution.I also provided an official bank statement showing that the money was not credited to my account. Despite providing the requested evidence, I continued to receive the same type of responses from different customer-service agents:“Please wait for the specialized department.”“The case is still under review.”“We cannot provide a specific timeframe.”“Please contact us again later.”I contacted customer support repeatedly over a very long period. Different agents repeatedly apologized, reassured me that my money would not be lost, and told me that the specialized team was working on the case, but no clear progress or final solution was provided.At one point, I was told that the case was being treated by the security department and I was asked to contact them directly by email. The security department then requested additional evidence, including a conversation with the agent and screenshots/video evidence, as well as information regarding the withdrawal.However, there was also a serious inconsistency in the information provided to me. My transaction was made in Mauritanian Ouguiya (MRU), but I was later given information referring to amounts in Saudi Riyals. This does not match my actual transaction and made me seriously question whether my case was being reviewed correctly.After waiting for more than six months, I expected a proper investigation with a clear answer: where exactly was my money sent, to which account or wallet, on what date, and what is the official transaction/reference number?Instead, I am still being asked to wait without a clear timeframe.I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a proper investigation and a transparent explanation supported by evidence.If 1xBet claims that the withdrawal was successfully completed, then they should be able to provide an official transfer receipt showing the transaction date, amount, transaction/reference number, and the destination account or wallet.I have already provided evidence showing that I did not receive the money. After more than six months, the continued lack of a clear resolution and the repeated generic responses have been extremely frustrating.I hope 1xBet will finally review the entire case properly, correct the inconsistencies in the information, and provide a clear resolution instead of asking me to wait indefinitely.I am sharing this review so other customers are aware of my experience.
