Blocked withdrawal
Account ID: 1291674735Unresolved Withdrawal Amount: ₹13,700I have maintained an active, fully compliant account on 1xBet for over a year. However, my recent withdrawal of ₹13,700 was blocked under completely fabricated and contradictory pretexts. The Timeline & Evidence:Extortion via Telegram: An agent claiming to represent support demanded a ₹5,000 payment to allow my payout, threatening that my account would otherwise be frozen under the guise of an "addiction review."Fabricated Pretext: On August 12, support agent Ghulam sent an email falsely asserting my account was restricted for "gambling addiction" and demanding an impossible psychiatrist clearance certificate.Written Admission of Glitch: Just hours later on August 13 (02:18 AM), another official support representative (Kaif) wrote to me confirming that the withdrawal was rejected solely due to a "technical issue" and was returned to my balance, instructing me to request the withdrawal again.1xBet’s support system gives mutually contradictory excuses to withhold customer balances while rogue agents attempt extortion. I have documented all email records, timestamps, and chat logs, and formal dispute claims have been filed through independent ADR (CADRE) and Casino Guru.I am requesting the compliance management team to review Player ID 1291674735 immediately, remove the artificial restriction, and release my full ₹13,700 balance.
