DESPITE CLEARLY PROVIDING EVERYTHING THE STILL DIDNT PAY ME!!!
A few weeks ago, while logging into my account regarding the long-standing issue with case number 10793851, I was asked to submit a video verification. I promptly re-submitted the requested video in full compliance. However, despite this, the case has now been closed after more than 7 months due to the delay.I have been waiting for months for the resolution of this case, which was entirely caused by the lack of response and follow-up from the finance team. Now, the case has been closed without any valid reason, even though I have provided clear proof of the 100,000 TRY (MORE OR LESS 2.000 EUROS!!!!) that was not credited to my account. It seems the file is being closed to avoid payment. The reason given for closing the case is: "The payment was made more than 6 months ago. The review period has expired, as it is possible to check the details of the payment within 6 months from the date of the transaction."I kindly request your assistance to resolve this situation and ensure that my account is properly credited with the owed amount so that my grievance is addressed.Player ID: 247800889Query number: 10793851
