On October 30, 2026, 1win permanently blocked my sports betting account with $1,724 of my real money still inside. No bonuses, no free bets — just real money that I can no longer withdraw.Their security department sent me a generic email citing Clause 12.8, accusing me of possible violations such as multi-accounting, automated betting and arbitrage. But they never explained what I supposedly did wrong.No specific bets, no transactions, no actual explanation. Just a permanent account ban and $1,724 that I cannot access.I honestly feel scammed by 1win. How can a betting company accept customers' money and then block their accounts without even explaining what happens to their balances?I have already submitted a formal complaint demanding the return of my funds or a proper explanation of the decision.1win, where is my $1,724?This is completely unacceptable.
