1Win services players in Canada but is…

1Win services players in Canada but is unable to properly process e-transfer payments. I initiated a withdrawal for $900 but they never sent me the answer to my security question. As such I am unable to access my money. Customer support is awful and says that the withdrawal was successful. It is not. After too many attempts, the withdrawal is cancelled. The amount should reflect in their system as the money came back to them but I am sceptical they will look into it.STAY AWAY. Not a competent operator. They should have payment and withdrawal mechanics sorted out if they market in CanadaUPDATE: they asked me to reply to their comment, but there is no reply function in TrustPilot.
