Didn’t receive my withdrawal for more than 45 days
On September 16-17, 2026, I made 8 withdrawals of the same amount. I received 7. The 8th was marked as paid by 1win, but the money never arrived.I sent my official bank statements to support more than 10 times. They clearly show only 7 payments on those two days. 1win's only response, repeated over and over, is that the payment was sent and I should contact my bank.My bank needs the 8 transaction IDs to trace the payment. I asked for them many times. 1win has never given me a single transaction ID, a receiving account, or any proof of payment. It's been over 45 days. Every reply reads like a copy-pasted script, not a real person reading my case.I've gambled around $500K on this platform. I now cannot get proof that one withdrawal was actually paid. A legitimate payment processor can produce a transaction ID in minutes.I have filed a dispute with my bank and will keep reporting this to regulators and consumer protection agencies until I get the proof or the money.I'm ready to publish my full chat history, withdrawal records, and bank statements (with personal details redacted) for anyone to check. I'm waiting for 1win's public response with the 8 transaction IDs.
