PS:1win STOLE MY MONEYI believe 1win has treated me unfairly and withheld my money without justification.I successfully completed KYC verification, and immediately afterwards my account was blocked. Before that, I had no problems with my account. I was simply placing normal football bets on matches from the major European “Top 5” leagues. I did not use multiple accounts, bots, arbitrage or any other prohibited activity.1win now claims I violated Clause 12.8, but they have never explained what I supposedly did wrong or provided any specific evidence. They have now confirmed that they will not refund my balance.I had approximately €2,300 in my account and 10k on open bets mostly matches on top 5 league like psg,barca,arsenal and etc, and I want my money back.If an operator can simply accuse a customer of violating a general clause without explaining the alleged violation and then keep the customer's balance, this raises serious concerns about how other customers who make withdrawals could be treated.I am asking 1win to return my funds and provide a specific, transparent explanation of what I allegedly did wrong.
