1win Account ID: 378283902I am very disappointed and, honestly, completely confused by how 1win has handled my case.From the beginning, I used my account normally and completed the verification process when requested. I provided the documents and information requested by 1win. Despite this, my account was later permanently restricted and my remaining balance of 920 CAD was withheld.I contacted Customer Support several times to understand what happened. I was simply told that the decision was related to clause 12.8. However, nobody has clearly explained what specific rule I supposedly violated, what transaction is concerned, or provided any evidence supporting this decision.Customer Support tells me that only the Security Department can review the case. I contacted the Security Department, but I still have not received a clear explanation or my money back.I am not asking for anything complicated. I just want a clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong and why my 920 CAD is being withheld.At this point, after all my attempts to resolve the issue directly, I genuinely do not understand what is happening with my account or my money.
