I share my experience to alert other users.Funds have disappeared from my 1win account without me making any withdrawals. No transaction history appears in my account and I have not received any SMS or email notification regarding any movement.I contacted customer service immediately. Initially, I was told that a request was being processed, but several days later, I received no concrete explanation or any serious update on the situation.I find it very worrying that an incident involving the disappearance of funds is treated with so little transparency and so little responsiveness.I am still waiting for clear answers and serious support for my file.
