I have lost 73$ of my hard income , bcz I have problem gambling I requested this company 7 times via live chat , they fooled me that they sent my request to manager but they never did allows me to deposit and lose this is completely unethical service and TrustPilot should mark this as scam company , I have proofs of the emails that I had sent and now trust pilot do you care or will take this review done in any case it should not if you accept their response that they ask for details they actually never reply on website they just do to make people believe they are good here , stop promoting favoring them , I think you should allow this review to be sticky I can verify my identity if needed mark this as scam
