Day 25... Still no withdrawal received.

If that is true, please provide the official transaction reference number (RRN / UTR / Payment Reference / Transaction ID) for the missing 1000 EGP Etisalat Cash withdrawal. Etisalat Cash can trace the payment using this reference. Simply saying that the withdrawal was successful is not sufficient when the funds have never been received and my wallet history shows no such transaction.)1win recently posted an update 11 hours ago on my previous review saying:"We've reviewed your account information. We see that your last withdrawal was processed correctly and sent today to the payment details you provided. On our end, the transaction was completed successfully. If you encounter any issues receiving the funds, we recommend contacting your bank."However, despite this update, I still have not received the missing 1000 EGP.I want to clarify the situation with exact details:The withdrawal made through Etisalat Cash on 11/06/2026 at 11:30 PM for 1000 EGP was never received.Another withdrawal made on the same date at 11:10 PM for the same amount (1000 EGP) was received successfully.Both withdrawals were sent to the exact same Etisalat Cash wallet.I also have clear evidence:• A PDF wallet statement.• A recorded video showing the complete wallet transaction history.The records clearly show that there is no additional transaction of 1000 EGP at all. There is only one transaction of 1000 EGP, which is the withdrawal received at 11:10 PM.From 11 June until today, there has never been another 1000 EGP transaction in my wallet history.In addition, Etisalat Cash confirmed that only one transaction of 1000 EGP exists on my wallet from the date the wallet was created until now.Today is day 25, and I am still waiting for the missing withdrawal.Ticket: SPP-618897Player ID: 365880857I am sharing my real experience so others can make their own decision.
