Moneyback— what it means in affiliate marketing

A refund the seller gives back voluntarily at the buyer's request.

Unlike a chargeback it never touches the card scheme, so it leaves no dispute ratio behind. Advertisers prefer it for exactly that reason, and will often refund generously to keep a chargeback from being filed.
