I have been subject to a highly unjust measure taken by betsson and therefore sincerely seek your support. On the 9th of April 2024 my account has been closed without any reasoning stated by their costumer service. Furthermore, the funds I have entrusted the company with have been confiscated and I have been left without any explanation or refunding. Upon researching how to deal with these kind of situations, I decided to contact Pardee Consulta, the licence holding company of the casino in question, and asked them to investigate my case. However, on the 26th of April I have received an unsatisfactory response in which I have been accused of practicing "synidacte value hunting" on the basis of suspicion concerning my IP address. As I have clearly been unjustly accused of this action, I have asked them to provide evidence supporting their suspicion, which has been left unanswered to this date.

Could be improved to have better UI, the UI sucks even though these kinds of companies use hundreds of millions of dollars in development i do not know why their UI and graphics looks super outdated.

So for this bonus you need to basically play all your winnings x100 or something like it. I've lost it all and I'm extremely pissed off that I fell for this scam. Eurovision contest is in May and they want me to use up my bonus this month, I've been betting on sports like crazy to try and wager this stupid bonus and it's just not happening. This is a scam and please dear people don't fall into this grave if you're like me only wanting to bet on one competition like me. Shame on this company!Month later - I've spent more than I ever wanted to and was able to wager the bonus. Now I have a crappy 15 dollars (when I should have 80 in winnings.. And I can't even withdraw it WHAT?!)

I deposited and made 3 bets in online roulette, the next day these scammers said that they used incomprehensible programs and threw me a list of also unknown points of the rules..do not advise anyone not to deal with them!

Ok so opened an account today, said id give betsson the benefit of the doubt, with so many bad reviews. Deposited small, played around with it. Clicked on other options, no other options... Bottom line u cant withdraw, so just to let u know the 5 star quick payouts reviews are fake, its actually no payouts.... Scam casino with rigged slots. From my experiance the worst online casino ever exist. This casino for sure pay a bribe to their licence company to operate but in real slots there are rigged. No matter how much money you put in all the time your return will be 0.

So I just joined Betsson a couple of days ago and the website was looking good, easy to navigate etc. I only play sports not casino so I deposited and got my bonus and now the interface doesn't work at all. Can't see any of the betting options, can't navigate around. As soon as I log out everything is there & Available. I can't even place a bet, they have asked for screenshots, I can't withdraw and they just keep saying someone is looking into it lol. Scam artists

Pretty Terrible Experience, I took the wrong welcome bonus. I went to speak to a live agent which takes about 2 minutes, then the customer support agent never replied to my query and just disconnected from the chat without giving me any feedback. This has never happened to me in any other casino, I am pretty disappointed and will not play with them again for sure.

Betsson Casino is from Malta, to me any Casino from there is a scam.I have not had any issues receiving my tiny withdraws, but they do a dame good job of robbing me with way over the amount of straight game payouts of zero, impossible to receive a scatter and the help is #1 BS!Play elsewhere if you can find a good online Casino, but I don't think there are any.
