This skill reviews your conversation history to pull out actionable insights, architectural choices, and technical instructions. It matches the material to standardized documentation formats, including concepts, step-by-step guides, decision records, FAQs, and incident reviews.

The assistant uses Notion search to discover the right parent page or database, writes the entry, and attaches relevant tags. It then updates hub pages and navigation indexes so team members can find the new write-up.

Creating and updating documents in your workspace strictly depends on an active Notion MCP server.
