meeting-intelligence — Claude Code skill: meeting prep from Notion
Pulls context out of Notion, adds research on top, and produces two documents: an internal pre-read and an external agenda.
npx skills add makenotion/cursor-notion-plugin --skill meeting-intelligence -a claude-codeWhat meeting-intelligence does
Ask the agent to prep a meeting and this skill takes over. It searches Notion for pages tied to the topic, reads them, then splits what it finds into two files: a pre-read for your own team and an agenda you can hand to everyone invited. Both land in Notion with links pointing at each other.
The shape of the agenda follows the meeting type. A decision meeting gets options with pros and cons plus a recommendation. A status update gets progress, blockers and next steps. A customer call gets a timed list of items. The pre-read is meant to stay within 2-3 pages, and the skill suggests sending the agenda out ahead of time.
Everything rests on search inside your Notion workspace, so if the relevant pages are not reachable, there is little to work with. When the purpose of the meeting is vague, the skill asks you to clarify before it starts gathering anything.
What it helps with
- turn Notion notes and specs into a pre-read
- build a timed agenda for a meeting
- find earlier meeting notes and project updates
- separate internal context from an external-facing document
- link both documents back to the project page
Example prompts for the agent
- Prep materials for the X project meeting: gather Notion context and write a pre-read plus an agenda
- Draft an agenda for Thursday's customer call with time allocations per item
- Search Notion for notes from past meetings and refresh the pre-read
