senior-pm · borghei — Claude Code skill: reports and setup
Assess project portfolios, examine risks, and prepare executive updates with this skill. Use it to compare initiatives or plan capacity across concurrent projects.
npx skills add borghei/Claude-Skills --skill senior-pm -a claude-codeWhat senior-pm does
The skill reviews portfolio health across schedule, budget, scope, quality, and risk, then supports prioritization and executive reporting. It offers WSJF, RICE, ICE, MoSCoW, and MCDA approaches. Since each model can produce a different ranking, choose the comparison method before asking it to order projects.
Python scripts cover project health scoring, risk analysis, resource capacity planning, and stakeholder mapping. project_health_dashboard.py produces a RAG assessment, while risk_matrix_analyzer.py includes mitigation strategies. These tools rely on project inputs: conclusions about schedule, budget, or exposure depend on the information supplied.
Before producing an analysis, the skill clarifies the requested artifact, its audience, the portfolio scope, and the prioritization method. If asked to proceed immediately, it states its assumptions. Thin project inputs limit what the resulting assessment can establish.
What it helps with
- review portfolio health across schedule and budget
- rank initiatives with WSJF, RICE, or another model
- attach mitigation actions to identified risks
- plan capacity across concurrent projects
- prepare an executive-ready portfolio update
Example prompts for the agent
- Review the projects in
assets/sample_project_data.jsonand report their RAG status. - Rank these initiatives with RICE and explain the resulting order.
- Analyze the project risks and include a mitigation action for each one.
