deep-research · 199-biotechnologies — Claude Code skill: research and setup
Runs multi-stage research, checks claims against sources, and assembles structured reports. Use it for complex analysis and comparisons, not quick lookups.

The skill moves from gathering sources to storing evidence and checking individual claims. Its standard mode uses six phases; quick is for initial exploration, deep for critical decisions, and ultradeep for comprehensive reviews. Each mode follows a different research workflow.
Deliverables include a Markdown report, source and evidence registries, a claim ledger, HTML, and PDF. The package also contains templates and Python scripts to validate reports, check citations, and convert Markdown to HTML. HTML and PDF generation has its own instructions.
This workflow is too involved for a simple lookup or debugging task. The skill directs those requests to standard tools, so a question answerable with a couple of searches is a poor fit.
What it helps with
- compare technologies using evidence from multiple sources
- verify claims in a research report
- keep source references and supporting evidence for review
- package findings as Markdown, HTML, and PDF
Example prompts for the agent
- Compare agent state-management approaches and prepare a sourced research report.
- Review current methods for evaluating large language models and verify the evidence for each finding.
- Research the case for and against moving to a new platform, then prepare the findings as HTML and PDF.
