What Tedix does

Tedix lets a team hand recurring work to assistants and follow its progress. People and assistants use the same task list, so ownership is visible and work records retain the inputs, results and approvals. Team context and past decisions can carry across assistants.

Requests that need a person’s decision go to the Deck; other activity appears in the Feed. Tedix’s own assistants, called tedis, each have a specific job and limited access. They ask before risky actions, and a tedi cannot approve its own request.

The MCP connection points to Tedix Cloud, which is available by invitation. To run Tedix locally, you need Git, Bun and Node.js 22.23.4+, 24.22+ or 26.12+ within those major versions. Model calls are off by default in local mode, so tedis cannot write until they are enabled.

What it helps with

  • hand recurring tasks to an AI assistant
  • share team context across different assistants
  • track ownership of each task
  • gather requests that need human approval
  • review the record of completed work

Example prompts for the agent

  • Compare supplier invoices with the goods received and show me any mismatches.
  • Summarize new error reports, find the owner and ask before notifying them.
  • Gather the decisions waiting for my approval in the Deck.
