Spirit Cards — Claude Code MCP server: features and setup
Explore Spirit Cards stats, card metadata, pool data, and recent activity through an MCP server. It can also check or search for a nonce locally.
claude mcp add --transport http spirit-cards-mcp https://spiritcards.fun/api/mcpWhat Spirit Cards does
The server retrieves current collection stats, card metadata, player points, pool snapshots, and recent activity. Its tools can verify a nonce or search for one locally with viem. A separate guide walks through minting using live game parameters.
This is read-only: network requests use GET, and the server does not sign or send transactions. Nonce search has a maxAttempts ceiling of 5M and a wall-time cap of about 20 seconds. Claude Code connects to the hosted HTTP server with two commands; that setup differs from running the server locally over stdio.
What it helps with
- check the collection’s current stats
- retrieve metadata for a card by
tokenId - verify a nonce without sending a transaction
- inspect the player points leaderboard
- review pool data and recent activity
Example prompts for the agent
- Show the current Spirit Cards stats and explain the price and difficulty.
- Get metadata for card
tokenId42. - Check a nonce for my miner and tell me whether it is valid.
